Shipping is a flat ¥550 (incl. tax) nationwide; ¥1,100 (incl. tax) for Hokkaido, Okinawa and some remote islands.
Before your visit
- During the hotter seasons, to help guests stay comfortable in the heat, we accept reservations for the 9:00 AM slot only.
- In the event of rain, outdoor shooting is not possible, so we ask that you change to an indoor shooting plan. Thank you for your understanding.
- This cannot be combined with other discounts, campaigns, or promotions.
- Cancellation fees
- For cancellations after booking, we charge 50% of the plan fee the day before, and 100% on the day or for no-shows.
- Date changes
- We will do our best to accommodate changes. Please let us know as early as possible.
