01 Reservation

By web or phone. Our reservation form is open 24 hours, and same-day visits are possible when space allows.
02 Arrival & choosing your attire

Come to our studio inside Randen Arashiyama Station. After check-in, choose your kimono.
03 Hair, makeup & dressing

Our staff bring your look to life, dressing you to fit your own height and figure.
04 The photo shoot

A photographer shoots you on a dedicated set, suggesting angles and poses — so first-timers can relax.
05 Free photo time

Enjoy taking your own smartphone photos in the self-photo space, still in costume.
06 Changing & getting ready to leave

Change in the powder room; lockers are available for your belongings.
07 Choosing data & payment

Pick your favorite shots and pay by cash, credit card or QR-code payment.
08 Photo data delivery

We deliver your retouched photo data within one month.

Frequently asked questions

About reservations and your visit

Do I need a reservation? Can I come on the same day?

We recommend reserving. Same-day visits are possible when space allows, so please call or use the reservation form (open 24 hours).

What should I bring?

Kimono, accessories and footwear are all provided, and we do the hair, makeup and dressing here — so nothing special is needed. Lockers are available for your belongings.

How long does it take?

It varies by plan, but roughly 2 to 3.5 hours, including hair and makeup, dressing, the photo shoot and choosing your photos.

When will I receive the photo data?

We retouch your chosen shots and deliver the photo data within one month.

Can men and children take part?

Men are welcome for couple photos in kimono. Children from age three have dedicated plans, and family photos are welcome too.

How far is it from Arashiyama Station?

We are inside Randen Arashiyama Station, on the 3rd floor of Hannari-Hokkori Square. We are also within walking distance of Hankyu Arashiyama Station and JR Saga-Arashiyama Station.
