Shipping is a flat ¥550 (incl. tax) nationwide; ¥1,100 (incl. tax) for Hokkaido, Okinawa and some remote islands.

Before your visit
- The full styling set and hair accessories are fixed.
- As there is only one costume, bookings for multiple guests will be experienced one person at a time.
- This plan is experienced while wearing a wig. Depending on the condition of your hair—such as extensions or braids—it may be difficult to fit the wig, in which case the experience may not be possible.
- This cannot be combined with other discounts.
- All other terms follow the standard plan guidelines.
- Cancellation fees
- For cancellations after booking, we charge 50% of the plan fee the day before, and 100% on the day or for no-shows.
- Date changes
- We will do our best to accommodate changes. Please let us know as early as possible.
