I got lost and the staff was kind enough to get me. Staff is all very friendly and helps you feel confident. It is a relaxing and fun experience.

あいにくの雨で庭園撮影が出来ず少し落ち込んでいましたが、マイナスな気持ちを吹き飛ばすくらい楽しい時間でした♡紅葉と撮るのはまた来年チャレンジします！！

The staff are accommodating and have a positive vibe. The photographer is very energetic and helpful in giving us some poses to do.

Hinata was very good the entire process, the transformation was incredible, and the photographer give us so many good advices for the pictures. 10/10!
