About the time of your visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you arrive late, you may be asked to change to a later time.

What to bring with you

Please bring a makeup tools for when you leave.
We have cleansers, facial cleansing foam, hair dryers, irons, towels, etc.
※If you have sensitive skin, please bring your own basic cosmetics. For makeup for the shoot, if you are concerned about general cosmetics, please bring the makeup base that you normally use.
Although it is not required, it is recommended that you bring colored contact lenses for a better makeover. We recommend colored contact lenses with rims.

Payment

Please pay by card or cash at the store on the day.
※Additional options added on the day of the event will incur additional charges.

What to wear on the day of the event

You may wear your usual attire and makeup on the day of your visit. If you are planning to wear a shoulder revealing dress, please avoid wearing undergarments such as a bra top.
Please wash your hair the day before and arrive clean.

 

Access

Our store is located on the 3rd floor of Randen “Arashiyama Station”.
A 10-minute walk from JR “Saga-Arashiyama Station”,
It is also a 10-minute walk from Hankyu “Arashiyama station”.
We have just moved, so you may see a different address from the current one on GOOGLE, etc.
Please use “RANDEN ARASHIYAMA STATION” to set your destination.
We also have a sister store, so please be careful not to mistake our store for the wrong one.

Cancellation of Reservations

A cancellation fee of 50% of the plan price will be charged on the day before the reserved date, and 100% on the day of the reservation.

Information for customers participating in the Maiko Makeover

• • You may press your eyes too hard while applying makeup. If you are using“RGP contact lenses”, you will need to remove them. Therefore, please bring your own storage solution and storage case.
    *There is no need to remove soft contact lenses.
  • At our store, we usually use “half wigs,” which are made from the customer’s own hair. This method will give you a natural finish. However, the bangs and side hair must be at least 10 to 15 cm long.
    *If you have short hair, we will use a full wig. Please be assured that there are no additional charges.
  • Makeup for the maiko experience is applied in pure white.
    This is a traditional Japanese makeup and cannot be changed to modern makeup.
